- 1 1/2 cups raw cauliflower (160g)
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- optional: 2 tbsp coconut oil or olive oil if not using Cashew Cream
- 1 cup milk of choice (I used Cashew Cream - SO awesome and creamy)
- optional: 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- optional: Add a little Dijon mustard or lemon juice if desired.

Vegan "Alfredo" Sauce
